February 8th ignites a weekend devoted to 500+ designers and coders sinking 24 hours into building and creating. Mentors and industry representatives will also join the fray to lend expertise, and share wisdom. Expect food, swag, and timeless brick-laden memories.

Eligibility
You must be a registered participant of BrickHack in order to qualify. You must also be over the age of 18 and a current student or be within one year of your graduation date if you have already graduated.
Requirements
At least one person from your team must be at the judging expo in order for your submission to be considered.
Judging will happen in person on Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 12:30pm – 2pm.

Wegmans Award:
Each member of the winning team will win a $200 Wegmans gift card
Most Commercially Viable Product
RIT's Simone Center will award the winning team $2,000 to advance their concept towards commercialization. This money may be spent on prototyping or customer discovery travel expenses. It may also be used as a stipend for an RIT team member seeking to work on this project as an entrepreneurial co-op. To qualify, the winning team must include at least one RIT student.

Subjective and buzz-wordy, huh? That's what makes it fun :) We know you have something up your sleeve that's going to knock our socks off! -
20% - Polish / Design / Execution
Did your team successfully execute your project concept? Is it usable? Does it work? Is it well designed? Is the user experience smooth? -
20% - Demo / Presentation
You'll have 2-3 minutes for a demo to tell the judges about your project, followed by a Q/A. We're interested in the problems you solved, API's you leveraged, technologies used, and lessons learned. We recommend a quick powerpoint. -
20% - Multidisciplinary project
We encourage and applaud interdisciplinary projects fueled by eclectic teams with diverse backgrounds.
